Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements: All class bookings must be made in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. Payment or class credits are required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations within the 24-hour window or no-shows will result in a loss of the class credit or a full charge for the session. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in being unable to join the class, and the session will be considered a no-show, subject to the cancellation policy. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the class will follow the same rules as cancellations. Waitlist Policy: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you'll be notified automatically. Standard cancellation policies apply once you’ve confirmed the waitlist spot. By booking a class, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
